I’m Ray Johnston and I am asking you, as strongly as I can, to clear the decks at the end of April for our Thrive Conference. This is an event that I don’t want you to miss. Most of us, because we’re under a lot of stress are worn down. Here at Bayside we believe we have a solution. That solution is Thrive! This is the most important, the deepest and the most spiritually nourishing thing we do throughout the entire year. I encourage you to take a break from the stresses of the world and come where you can hear the word of God, feel His presence and reignite your passion for Him, your marriage, life, future, kids and what He has called you to do.

This is so important to us, that we fly Christian leaders in from all around the world that you might not hear any other way. We offer a variety of breakout classes in multiple categories. We have several general sessions that will blow the roof off the building! Franklin Graham will be speaking, along with Francis Chan, Nick Vujicic, Brenda Salter-McNeil, Sherwood Carthen, Lincoln Brewster and myself.

The reason I make a big deal about this is God wired me this way. I like being the guy who goes “hey, go for it!” I like being the person who pushes people over the line into God’s arms, into spiritual growth and into things that are ultimately going to be really good for them. So, I make no apologies pushing you over the line into this. As a pastor the #1 thing I care about is the spiritual welfare of people. I actually believe Satan is going to do everything he can to keep people away from this and I want to take every roadblock out that we can. Here are the questions you have to ask. Is God leading me to be there? Do I need this kind of spiritual growth and this kind of personal development?

There is nothing else in Northern California that is this size, oriented this way, or will energize your relationship with God like Thrive! If you take your faith development seriously, the development of your family seriously, the development of your spiritual gifts seriously, then charging your batteries once a year is an irreplaceable gift to give yourself and the people you love.
